This service quickly addresses the queries of people and receives better support for services related to issuers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new helpline was launched to streamline companies&#8217; investment management and help investors with their needs. Communication between companies and NSDL shall be enhanced through this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NSDL Launches Helpline for Issuers and RTAs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the notification of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), companies and their representatives now have a dedicated customer support to contact the NSDL Issuer Service team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New NSDL Helpline Number<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Helpline Number:<\/strong> 022 4886 7000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IVR Option:<\/strong> Select Option 4 \u2013 Issuer or RTA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service Timings:<\/strong> Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the received feedback from companies and their representatives who desire easier access and faster assistance, the new service has been launched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective of the New Helpline Facility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For effective support to issuers and seamless services, NSDL has introduced a special helpline. Earlier, queries of issuers were resolved via general channels, which made it difficult to resolve issues quickly.
