In addition, they will also have to provide the\ndetails of the shareholder\/s, including their name, PAN and Signature\n(as per records). They will also need to furnish the ECS Mandate\ndetails if they wish to receive dividends in the form of form of\nelectronic (bank account) credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bank Mandate\/PAN And Email Id Registration Form can be submitted to and processed by the Company\u2019s official <a href=\"https:\/\/rta.saginfotech.com\/\">Registrar and Share Transfer Agent<\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s how to fill the form.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Bank Mandate Form has been Divided into Four Parts, As Follows:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. ECS Mandate\nDetails<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, the applicant\nis required to provide his\/her bank account information, including\nthe bank name, branch name &amp; address, his\/her account number,\naccount type, MICR no. of the bank, and IFSC.
